COMMISSON

I will contact you within three days of your application. If I do not receive a response within three days after my reply, your request will be canceled.

The production process takes approximately 1–2 weeks(live2D model art ・Character Design：2～3weeks) from start to delivery. However, the start of production depends on my current schedule. If you have a tight deadline, please let me know in advance.

The commission process is as follows:

1. Consultation & Estimate

Consultations and estimates are available via Twitter DM or Google Form.

I will provide an estimate based on your request.
If you agree to the price, I will issue an invoice via PayPal, so please provide a dedicated email address for payment.

2. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is confirmed, I will proceed to the next step.

3. Production Begins – Rough Sketch Submission

I will create color roughs for your illustration.
Unlimited revisions are available at this stage.

4. Coloring

I will proceed with coloring based on the finalized rough.

5. Final Illustration Confirmation

You can request one free revision at this stage.
From the second revision onward, an $8 fee will apply.
Small modifications (e.g., adjusting eye brightness) are free.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Once you confirm the final illustration, I will complete the delivery.

Terms & Conditions

No Derivative Works
I do not accept requests for illustrations that are derivative works of existing copyrighted characters. Please note that such submissions will be rejected.
Original Characters
If you would like me to illustrate an original character, please provide detailed descriptions and reference images (standing illustrations, etc.).
Copyright Policy
I retain full copyrights to all my illustrations. Please do not modify, distribute, or annotate my work without permission.Copyrights to the Live2D model art and character design may be transferred within the scope that does not infringe on the author's moral rights, but please consult me if you wish to do so.
Dispute Policy Upon project completion, if the work is subject to unfounded negative reviews or disputes, Nohane reserves the right to withdraw the work and cease any further obligations.
Commercial & Secondary Use
Commercial and secondary use of my illustrations will incur an additional charge (+50%～).
Please consult with me in advance if you intend to use my work for such purposes.
Use in Portfolios
I may showcase commissioned illustrations as samples in my portfolio.
If you prefer that your commission not be published, please inform me in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation occurs after production has begun, a fee will be charged based on the current stage of production:
- During rough sketching: 20–50%
- During detailed drafting: 60–80%
- After completion: 100% (non-refundable)
